Management Skills

Training program aims to help participants develop skills for effective personnel management. During the training participants will practice various management skills, such as feedback for employee development, personnel motivation, effective time management; delegation skills, effective interpersonal and intra-organizational communication. Participants will evaluate their communication styles, determine their strengths and weaknesses and learn to effectively communicate with people with various communication styles.

Training will be useful for various managers as well as individual workers who are expected to be promoted.

  • Number of participants per training: 10 – 15 people
  • Duration of the training: 2-3 days

  • Effective communication skills;
